Every once in a blue moon I get bowled over by service excellence. This is one of those occasions. Just to let you know the background…. I was given a bottle of this wine as a gift about six months ago and as one does I simply plonked it in my cellar. I opened the bottle a few weeks ago and shared it with my father-in-law and he claimed it was the best wine he had tasted (He got his wine masters in the late 70’s early 80’s). Sadly he passed away a week later. (He was frail). You have no idea what your gesture means to our family!
